Returns & Exchanges Not the right fit? No worries—we've got you.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Easy returns Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Try it on, move around a bit—just don't play a full match in it.

Exchanges Need a different size or design? We've got you. Simply send the item back to us (return shipping is on you) and we'll get the right one out to you right away.

Defects & our mistakes If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or just not right — that's on us. We'll cover return shipping and send you a brand new one at no cost. No hassle, no back and forth.

Start a return or exchange Email hello@dinkwink.store with your order number and a photo if it's a defect. We'll send you instructions and, if needed, a prepaid return label.

Refunds Processed to your original payment method once your return is received and approved. Please allow 5–10 business days.

Shipping

  • Exchanges: return shipping is on you; we'll ship the new item out for free
  • Defects/our error: we cover everything
  • Original shipping is non-refundable
